hela Sverige Fin Tech organization is growing our Talent Acquisition function in Stockholm. We are looking to bring on an additional fulltime researcher who has a passion for finding talent. You are a key player in finding talents, build pipelines, and manage branding events with a focus on technology roles.
The work includes monitoring the labor market, identifying people with the required skills and establishing contacts with potential candidates. Databases, networks, social media and other sources are key tools in the researcher's daily work. In addition to the search you are supporting in the administrative work connected to the recruitment process such as advertisement publishing, phone interviews, reference checks and update candidate records and job postings in the talent acquisition system. As we often work with complex profiles, it's important that you think "outside the box" and have an ability to handle multiple tasks.
Works closely with Talent Acquisition to develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow to meet overall recruiting goals as well as pipelines for upcoming searches.
Manage multiple searches supporting several recruiters at one time.
Continuously expands networks to generate lists of possible candidates through websites, blogs, etc.
Monitors, tracks and logs talent community network and source sites for various outreach programs.
Sources passive candidates through extensive name generation research, relationship building, complex internet searches, and existing talent pool database searching.
Provide ongoing feedback to recruitment team on the market place to keep managers informed about realistic expectations.
Works with the Talent Acquisition team to define, develop and drive research processes, data collection, and technologies associated with the candidate generation function.
Monitors trends and developments in sourcing tools and technologies.
Utilizes social media for sourcing and other marketing forums to drive traffic to company website.
Gathers data around competition and market conditions or trends that may impact ability to find and hire the right talent.
Develops of company target lists, and identifies specialty professional groups and associations.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in business, marketing, human resources, or equivalent work experience
Experience in direct talent sourcing, talent selection and timely full life cycle recruiting process.
A demonstrable passion for recruiting and Financial Services industry experience is preferred
Ability to work in a dynamic environment
Ability to manage relations at all levels; senior leadership, hiring managers
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
