The role
We're entering an exciting phase as a company where we both enter new markets and fully commercialise our product portfolio. That's why we're now looking for an experienced project manager to join us and help Elonroad reach heights only possible with infinite range! In this role, you'll work closely with our CEO and commercial team, managing Elonroad's commercial projects from initial client conversation to final delivery. The role includes:
Ownership of Elonroad's commercial projects and deliverables
Participating in customer meetings and preparing technical proposals
Competency and resource management
Responsibility for change management initiatives
In this role, you'll report to our COO. Elonroad is located in Lund.
Who are we looking for?
We're looking for someone who's passionate about electrification and driving sustainable industry change. As a person, you're a structured problem solver with strong analytical skills. We believe that you're street smart, curious, ambitious, are focused on results, and on getting things done. You also have:
Have a degree in a relevant engineering field
Significant project management experience
Have experience from the automotive or manufacturing industry is a plus
Are fluent in both English and Swedish
