Organisation
The Beam Diagnostics Section is within the Accelerator Division that is responsible for the design, construction, commissioning and operation of the 5 MW, superconducting proton accelerator. The Beam Diagnostics Section works with our partners around the world to develop and deploy the 22 instrumentation systems that measure proton beam parameters throughout the accelerator and within the target station. This is an exciting time for the ESS project: design, construction and commissioning are now occurring simultaneously, and this will continue for several years to come. Join us on our adventure to build the world's most powerful neutron source.
