• Daily booking of all the purchaseinvoices, bankstatements and salesinvoices.
• Creditmanagement
• Preparing all the payments
• Payroll/HR
• Preparing tax returns
• Insurances
• Budgetting
• Monthly and yearly closing
• Assist the auditor with the annual report
• Reporting to the mothercompany in Germany
• Evaluate and improve accounting procedures and controls while ensuring compliance with
the respective Swedish regulations
• Ensure the accuracy of financial statements by analysing operational and financial data
• Present results in an understandable way to all levels of financial understanding
• Coordinate with PTV Group headquarters in Karlsruhe, Germany and provide financial/performance insight for each subsidiary in close cooporation with the Regional Finance Manager in the Netherlands.
• Assist the Regional Finance Manager with the switch to a new ERP system.
Job requirements:
• Education in economics with the focus on accounting
• 3-5 years of experience in finance/controlling
• Speaking/writing in English is no problem for you
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Visma and Navision
• Teamplayer, but also able to work independently
• A hands on mentality and proactive
• Experience working in an international/global position is preferred
• Knowledge of the local taxes
• A balance sheet and P&L does not have any secrets for you
• Knowledge of IFRS is preferred, but not necessary
• Living in Gothenburg or nearby
You will be part of a small team of 6 employees. The job will be for 20 hours per week.
