Rebtel is looking for an Editor

We're now looking for someone to spearhead our latest ambition: our magazine. "Content marketing" is a buzzword that lots of companies have been throwing around over the years, but we're not like most other companies. We've got real ambitions. Rebtel wants to create an online magazine with exciting digital content and commentary within the rebellious spirit and philosophy of the Rebtel brand.

About the role:

Work with our in-house creative team to create brilliant digital content aimed at immigrants across the world
Take charge of the magazine in all areas of development, from design and strategy to processes and implementation
Build strong relationships with content collaborators, media, bloggers and affiliates around the world
Find opportunities to make our magazine spread like wildfire. 80% of your work is done after you hit the "publish" button.
Keep departments accountable with innovative ideas, strong leadership and high energy
Create and manage a content calendar and make sure it aligns with the needs of our Commercial team

About you:

You are an immigrant or you know what it means to be one
Active on social media
Always on top of new trends
Not afraid to get your hands dirty or try something completely new
Hungry for adventure
Deep understanding of digital marketing and digital media
Entrepreneurial, energetic and hungry to succeed
Excited about meeting new people and growing your network
1-2 years experience in social media, content marketing, public relations, project management, or similar
Education in Marketing / Journalism / Sales
Fluent English speaker. Spanish or French is a plus.
Willing to travel
