Role & Responsibilities
The Economy & Administration Assistant is responsible to the company for the effective assistance in handling of the administrative and financial aspects of company business in Seavus Sweden.
Within his field of responsibility, the position is expected to be responsible for:
• Performing administrative activities regarding the credit card transactions
• Executing cash-related receipts and disbursements (petty cash administration)
• Following the policies and procedures consistent with those of the organization to ensure efficient and safe operation of the unit
• Executing the invoicing process for all the outgoing invoices, following the detailed invoice information received from the financial department and using the accounting system
• Preparation of reports of disbursements, special analyses, and information reports for the financial department in Skopje; present recommendations for changes and/or improvements, monetary control, and adherence to budgets
• Performing all the administrative work regarding all the incoming invoices in Sweden according to the company procurement procedure
• Assisting in preparation, analysis and interpretation of financial data and financial reports, statements and/or projections
• Performing logistic activities regarding visitors in Seavus AB
• Collecting and administers travel reports
• Coordinating the time reports; travel reports and other related information for preparation of the salary payments
• Responsible for the other general administrative activities concerning Seavus AB
Reporting lines
Direct reporting to the Chief Finance Officer
Requirements
• Bachelor?s degree in Finance or Business Administration would be considered an advantage.
• Minimum 2 year of prior experience on relevant position.
• Fluent in Swedish, written and spoken.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Basic knowledge in accounting systems
• High level of skills in all Microsoft Office
