In our Business Excellence Early Career Program, you will develop to become an IT leader with strong technology and business skills. Working with global teams, you will deepen your knowledge with industry-relevant learning modules and strategic project assignments. You will be mentored by industry experts as you build your career through cross-functional job rotations and hands-on experience.
As Business Planner you will drive the process and lead the analysis to update, formulate and align documents. You will get approval and follow up strategies within a defined scope (e.g. IT Strategy), to secure a shared view of execution of the long term direction of Ericsson. You will also lead the analysis, make recommendations and prepare related decision support to secure that strategic issues are successfully resolved.
The position requires work on the following tasks;
• To manage alliances and strategic investments/divestments and also
contribute to strategy process improvements
• To plan and execute strategy planning together with other strategy functions in Ericsson
• To drive strategy planning reviews and analysis for Business Units, Group Functions and regions
• To analyze and investigate new ICT areas of interest for ITTE solutions.

Qualifications
To join the Ericsson Business Excellence Early Career Program you require:
• A Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field
• 0-2 years experience in ICT
• A high motivation and interest in working in the ICT area
• An interest in experimentation and innovation, an ability to think creatively and "outside the box"
• Self-esteem, self-knowledge, social ability and an interest and potential in leading other people
• A global attitude, willingness to relocate internationally
• The desire and the ability to work in a multicultural environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills and fluent in English and possibly one other language
• The ability to quickly adopt and enjoy using the latest technologies within SW and business development.
• Relevant business and customer understanding
• Pro-active thinking and result-orientation
• Analytical skills.
