Who we are:

Scania Pilot Partner is a new function to increase speed and focus on E-mobility. We are aiming for an entrepreneurial "company mindset" with end-to-end responsibility and clear accountability for the e-Mobility business. We create and sell proof of concept solutions in segments or applications where no mature solution exists yet. We reduce risk by taking full responsibility for profit and loss but also by supporting uptime for the customer during the contract period. Our working environment is characterized by high integrity, a flat hierarchy and collective leadership.



About the role:

Your will have a role to support workshops and the specific Pilot partner customers that operate Electric Road Vehicles.

Summary of responsibilities:

• Supporting customer operation over the life cycle
• Be a support for trouble shooting and act as a flying doctor for complicated problems.
• Close contact with 3rd party suppliers

Your tasks:

• Support Pilot Partner customers. Often together with the team and also on you own both in Södertälje or at customer site.
• Customer sites are in Germany for Electric Roads and Sweden, Norway and Australia for the other Pilot Partner customers.
• The work is to support already sold product solutions as well as be a part of future Pilot Partner solutions.
• The spread of technology we arere working with is unique for Scania. All platforms, and also technique not in the modular toolbox as trailers, solar panels and so on.

The role holds a unique opportunity to get sales experience working internationally with Scania's end-customers from a Head Office perspective.



Who you are:

To be successful in this position, you need to be a dedicated team player, flexible when plans change and service minded with focus on the customer. You possess good leadership qualities and you can talk eye-to-eye with anyone in the organization. We are looking for someone who is strong in communication and have hands-on experience from supporting customer with heavy vehicles. On a personal level you strive to build wide contact networks with long term relationships through good communication, structure and trust. A great passion for the success of Scania's customers is a given!

You have probably experience from dealers as a foreman or similar, and have been working with customer where operations and Uptime is key factors for success. You know the difference between selling parts and hours, and you are familiar with tools needed like SDP3, Multi, BICT, FRAS.
And you know what's best for the customer and could take own decision out from that.

This position will be placed in Södertälje, and you should be prepared to travel. Our customer are international and frequent travels is a part of our work at Pilot Partner.

Driving license for trucks and trailer (CE) is needed before applying for this position.
