Are you passionate about customer satisfaction? Do you want to provide our customers with the best products to match their unique needs?

In this new and exciting role, you will be responsible for sales of the IMA (Implant Movement Analysis) and CTMA (CT base micro motion analysis) products and services. You will set a strategy for entering new markets as well as drive sales. It will also be your responsibility to market and sell CTMA towards implant manufactures and the orthopaedic research community. You will be home based, living preferably in Sweden which is Sectra's home market managing a growing number of accounts and working closely with the Service Desk team to deliver customer satisfaction. The position requires extensive travel primarily in Europe and North America.

This role will report to the Sales and Marketing Director of Orthopaedic Solutions. Note! Sectras headquarter is located in Linköping, but for this position you can be located anywhere (preferably in Sweden) and travel to the headquarter on a regular basis.

In this position, you will:

Build, develop and implement strategic plans to grow sales of IMA and CTMA.
Set up and manage corporate partnership for seamless and efficient delivery of the IMA services.
Develop and establish CTMA as the golden standard for clinical trial of micro motion of the implants.
Identify growth opportunities in new customer and geographical segments and collaborate with existing sales teams to ensure growth attainment.
Acquire new customers.
Be responsible for customers in one or more regions.
Nurture your contacts with customers to achieve high NPS scores.
Establish and maintain agreements with customers.
Manage seamless transitions between Sales-Deployment-Support.
Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal stakeholders.
Provide assistance to Support to meet customer SLAs.

For this position, the following requirements apply:

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, IT or Business Administration.
Fluency in English.
Ability to operate in a technical and very professional sales environment.
Computer literacy.
Have experience from working with products or services in the health-care sector.
Experience working with sales within life science.
Good overall business acumen (market understanding, business planning, ability to build value based customer relationships, results focused).
Knowledge and/or experience of our business area (legislation, contractual rules, etc.)
Ability to get things done and to move things forward.
Enjoy tackling new challenges and changes.
Ability to discuss issues at a high strategic level with decision-makers in hospital management.
Ability to independently assume responsibility for the planning and completion of your work while appreciating close cooperation with colleagues.
Responsiveness and simplicity characterize your leadership style.
An outgoing personality and excellent ability to establish long-term business contacts.
Great drive for personal development.
Strong drive to improve and enhance the efficiency of our customers everyday work.
