FACTS is a business unit within ABB's Power Grids division. FACTS technology enables power systems owners to increase the capacity of their existing power systems while improving electrical stability at the same time. The end result is more electrical power can reach consumers with minimal environment impact after shorter project times and at lower investment costs. This pioneering technology is developed at the FACTS unit in Västerås and sold to customers worldwide. Tasks:As a Documentation System Specialist you will be the overall responsible for the documentation systems used at FACTS Sweden. You will ensure that the documentation is maintained in compliance with the company's/project's procedures, including format, receipt, registration, number filling, recovery and the issue of the documents. The work includes continuous improvement on documentation systems and processes, support the project teams and project document controllers in setting up the documentation management system and document controls process, support colleagues with advice and guidance on documentation control issues etc. You will work closely with stakeholders spread out all over the world and with a team of document controllers located mainly in US and India. Requirements:You have a Bachelor 's or a Master 's degree in Informatics or corresponding competence. To succeed, you need work experience from managing documentation systems. English is a must, while Swedish language is meriting. As a person you are communicative, driven and good at collaborating.
