Are you passionate about working with Master Data, improving data quality and translating business outcomes into system and data requirements? At Sandvik Mining we're currently looking for a Divisional Process Owner Master Data to join us in our Ground Support Division.

As a Divisional Process Owner Master Data, you will play a key role in driving Master Data quality, governance, and process improvements across our entities globally.

Sandvik Division Ground Support provides comprehensive mining, excavation, rock processing, and metal-cutting solutions through innovation, digitalization, and sustainable engineering. Our offerings include advanced ground support products like injection chemicals and resins, meeting rigorous technical standards for soft and hard-rock mining applications. Your mission
Drive the implementation of Master Data initiatives across the division. Roll them out across the organization and monitor their compliance on an ongoing basis.
Perform data quality checks and audits to identify and resolve data inconsistencies or errors.
Ensure and improve data integrity and consistency across all systems in alignment with our Business Area Master Data principles.
Communicate with the various stakeholders globally on the principles of Master Data and its Governance. Coordinate with the regional teams to ensure alignment with global principles and standards.
Be the operational voice of the division, within the global process team to implement data management best practices and tools. Within that team, develop and implement shared, common and distinct standards and processes for Master Data management.
Support data integration and system migration projects related to Master Data.
Generate reports and provide insights on data quality, trends and improvement opportunities to management.

Location
Sandviken, Sweden

Your profile
A university degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, IT or related field.
Proven experience in rolling out processes and procedures effectively as well as working in international environments.
Profound ability to translate business needs into system and data requirements.
Strong understanding of data governance principles and business analytics.
Structured mind-set with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to drive transparency.
Strong analytical and critical thinking, attention to detail.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and to explain complex scenarios in an easy way.
IT affinity and experience with SAP MDG and/or Navision Business Central is beneficial.
Willingness to learn new systems.
Prior experience with data analysis tools and database management systems. Knowledge of PowerBI and PowerApps is a plus.
