Accountor cornerstones are financials and payroll services outsourcing, technology & applications, and value added services. We are looking for a director to lead growth of the value added services business at Accountor.

In this new role, you will play a key role in further defining and implementing Accountor's value added services strategy. You will run the process of reviewing Accountor's current capabilities and service offering and developing those towards the strategic targets. You will follow up and manage value added service business growth and profitability, Accountor's efficiency in providing the services and gaining new customers, the level of client satisfaction, and overall competitiveness.

You will work in a matrix organisation together with the country management organisations and with the value added services country responsible persons. You will seek for synergies through harmonized processes, systems, and service offering cross the country organisations.

We expect:

Solid track record of business results from previous assignments

More than 5 years of experience in service business

Applicable university degree

Strong communication, interaction and presentation skills

Experience in successful working in matrix organization

Management skills and experience

Customer service oriented attitude

Fluent English, Swedish is an advantage

Passion for results

You will report to director, client solutions in Finland. Your location can be one of the Accountor countries. Successful performance in this new role requires travelling in Accountor countries and approximately minimum 4 days monthly in Helsinki.
