You will be part of a team working with transforming the Volvo Group into the company we want to become. Our responsibilities cover employee engagement, employer branding, company culture, inclusion, Talent Management and the overall HR strategy. Job Summary
As the Director of People Performance you will have the global responsibility of shaping, setting and implement group wide strategic directions of Performance Management processes across the whole Volvo Group. It is a senior, high impact position where you will report to Senior Vice President Culture & Organizational Development.
You will be responsible of setting our Global Assessment strategy and the owner of Volvo Group Leadership Pipeline, clarifying what it means to be a leader in Volvo Group today. You will take the lead in refreshing our leadership philosophy and redesigning our leadership program to secure training are in line with business needs. We are sure that the key to success is Performance Management, identifying our employees' potential and formulating clear expectations on all our leaders.

Who are you?
To be successful in this position you need to have an extensive HR experience and a solid understanding of leading Leadership & Talent practices from both practical and academic fields. You have the ability to work under pressure, the drive to meet deadlines and a genuine interest of Performance Management always with the Volvo Group Businesses in focus.
You are capable of working effectively in a multicultural company environment, dealing with both local and global stakeholders. In addition to this you have strong self-management skills with a high level of energy and flexibility.
But most of all you are a team player. Your strong networking, communication, leadership and people skills will be a great benefit for us.
