We are now recruiting a "Director Leadership & Talent Development" to Getinge Group. This position represents an excellent and unique opportunity for an experienced and talented HR professional to play a key-role in the development of our Leadership & Talent Development activities across the Group.
In this position you will be driving the talent, capability and leadership development activities across Getinge Group in alignment with the business needs.
Among your main tasks will be:
• Develop a coherent operating model for the HR processes
• Design and facilitate talent identification and succession planning reviews
• Deliver talent development activities for groups and individuals
• Design and implement workforce and strategic capability planning
• Design and facilitate deployment fora
• Coach senior leaders and facilitate transition support for senior leaders
• Build and implement a leadership development portfolio
• Facilitate top team alignment
Some travel must be expected.
Possible locations are: Gothenburg, Stockholm, Malmö (SWE), Luton (UK) or Rastatt (GE).
The ideal candidate
As ideal for the position you have 7-10 years of experience as a leadership consultant working with international companies, alternatively you have experience from working with or leading the talent and leadership development area in an international company. You have a Master's degree in a relevant field and are proficient in English, both written and spoken.
As a person, you are pragmatic, authentic and personable with a strong drive and sense of accountability. You have strong collaborative and interpersonal skills and are excellent at planning and organizing your work. Having a balance between the big picture and focus on critical details is crucial, as well as having the ability to conceptualize and come up with creative solutions.
