• Responsibility for product management, pricing, competitive analysis, brand management, and marketing communication execution
• Responsibility for the Sales & Marketing process in the quality system.
• Providing input in the annual budget process by creating sales forecasts and tracking our progress against key metrics
• Provide leadership to the product managers and marketing specialists
• Input to R&D
• Organization of Global Sales Meetings
• Market Analysis and Trend Analysis
• Opinion leader program
• Direct marketing activity towards opinion leaders
• Recruiting and day-to-day management of product managers
• University degree.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Several years of experience in sales
• Strong presentation and influencing skills both internal and external
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English, other languages preferable
• Managerial and supervisory experience
• A demonstrated ability to work effectively in an influential international role.
o Prepare and introduce strategies to achieve growth in markets and have implement market plans for existing and new products
o Plan and implement group-wide marketing activities in coordination.
• Monitor and report on competitor activities.
• Evaluate company's price structure and customer price-list.
• Communicate relevant Marketing Information towards Internal and External Stakeholders
• Support handling of customer complaints and discuss with distributors.
• Keep distributors, customers and internal sales staff informed about new products, changes and training.
• DriAnd the development of the product road map with input from customers, sales, and engineering
• Monitor product trends and develop appropriate product strategies or product ideas and provide optimal training to staff on all marketing tools
REQUIREMENTS:
• University degree.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Several years of experience in sales
• Strong presentation and influencing skills both internal and external
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English, other languages preferable
• Managerial and supervisory experience
• A demonstrated ability to work effectively in an influential international role.
