Director Financial Services
As Director Financial Services you will be responsible for developing our finance and insurance products together with our partners. You are a member of the Finance Department and report directly to our CFO. You like doing things differently and probably today feel that things can be done better - if you just got the chance to change things. What you will do
- Develop, market and promote industry leading finance, insurance and other customer loyalty enhancing products and services that support the LYNK & CO business plan.
- Achieve business performance targets (volumes, penetrations, commission income) both for finance and insurance.
- Implement actions/products to support launch of new models
- Define, develop and engage with finance/ insurance partners
- Negotiate agreements with selected key partners
- Manage relationships with local finance/ insurance partners.
- Manage the hotline to provide support to field force and sales department Identify, drive and implement new volume/profit opportunity finance/insurance initiatives.
- Provide regular benchmarks (price /content) for finance/insurance products .
- Active interaction and aligned action plan with VP Commercial Operations on contract termination and renewal issues for local finance/insurance providers
- Offer product training and support (secure that sales force follow regulations related to financial and insurance products) Ensure monthly reporting to CFO for finance/insurance.
- Act as contact point for local markets
- Develop finance/insurance related products within the marketing cycle plan.
- Ensure that all technical and contractual matters relating to finance/insurance are understood and dealt with according to local industry and regulatory requirements and standards.
Who you are
- Master degree or equivalent through experience.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in finance/banking
- High degree of business acumen and understanding of retail & after sales networks.
- Advanced knowledge of finance/Insurance products
- Familiar with business planning techniques and processes
- Knowledge of Sales, Marketing & Service processes and structures
- Entrepreneurial mind-set with an open and creative spirit.
- Ability to inspire actions - to challenge and foster creativity and innovation as well as driving continuous improvements.
- Driven problem solver who takes initiatives and responds to changing priorities
- Excellent communication skills.
- Cultural awareness, global/international experience
- Fluency in English - both oral and written
- Ability to travel
