We are looking for our next Director of Commercial Excellence, where you will play a central role in raising the bar for how we do business in Atos Medical. The responsibilities include identifying, developing and executing commercial projects together with our subsidiaries and ensuring our globally set commercial priorities are implemented across our international organization. This is a hands on role that calls for simultaneously running projects with immediate revenue impact while also defining and developing the strategic growth initiatives for the +12-month horizon. You will therefore be central to our future commercial success and have a wide exposure to both our global and local management teams. This exposure and knowledge about the company will be needed as you take the lead in preparing material for the Board of Directors meetings and run ad-hoc projects for the senior management team. Reporting to the Vice President, you will sit in Strategy and Commercial Excellence with 3 great colleagues who work with Consumer insights and Analytics. Along with high impact and a fast pace, this role is a stepping stone to the future career in Atos Medical and the MedTech industry. Two of our current VPs and previous MDs joined Atos Medical in this role.



We are seeking someone with the following experience:

• 3+ years management consulting experience, a corporate development role, or similar
• Solid project leadership skills and the ability to thrive solving business problems in a changing environment
• Experience within some or all areas of commercial excellence, process improvements, operational improvement and call center management
• Ability and eagerness to create results through others
• Experience from commercially driven work environments and display of solid business acumen
• Very strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint)

The successful candidate will take a senior role with large cross organizational exposure and a leading role towards our country teams. The job location is Malmö with easy and convenient transportation options from Copenhagen, and you should expect around 2-4 travel days per month. You will have many opportunities to plan and influence your work and travel schedule while managing a high pace and, at times, high workloads when approaching key deadlines such as Board of Director meetings.
