Together with its sister organizations, Reebok Jofa AB is comprised of 200 employees and is responsible for all marketing and sales within Europe of the group?s hockey products under the brand names Reebok and CCM, the most recognized hockey brands in the world.
Reporting to the Head of Europe Hockey, this position will lead the operations and finance functions of Reebok-CCM Hockey in Europe towards set targets and growth objectives. The operations include manufacturing, sourcing, quality assurance and distribution. The finance portion includes budget management, approving financial and operational plans, while ensuring expense and inventory control. The chosen candidate will manage direct reports located in Finland and Sweden as well as being the contact person between Europe and our head office in North America in all issues related to finance and operations. Other responsibilities will include ensuring that all corporate activities and operations are carried out in compliance with local, state or federal regulations and laws governing business operations.
We are looking for a proven leader with more than 10 years of experience in Finance and Operations/Supply Chain Management. You have an academic degree in business administration and are fluent in both Swedish and English. We require a strong communicator with solid experience in leading and motivating a team in a dynamic and ever-changing international business environment.
The position will be based in the Scandinavian office located in Malung, close to Sälen. The area offers a broad variety of outdoor activities.
