We support our customers transition to a carbon-free world through great Digital solutions and experiences that enables customers to shift to fossil-free transport operations. We truly care about the customer's business in terms of up-time, safety, and productivity. We aim at providing industry-leading digital solutions for charging at the home-depot, and on the road.
What are we looking for in this specific role?
We are growing our team and are looking for a Digital Product Manager for Roaming Charging solutions.
Together with stakeholders and colleagues, other product owners and digital team members, you will build an end-to end digital offering with a great and efficient experience for commercial vehicle operators when charging during the transport mission.
This role is focused on making sure Volvo Energy services and solutions can integrate seamlessly in the EV charging business ecosystem, using standards like OCPI, OICP and more.
You will be managing a set of our charging digital products and be a natural go-to expert for your own Digital capabilities within our charging services. You will identify needs and define roadmaps and backlogs for digital capabilities within your responsibility. You will define the digital solutions best suited for these needs and define when it makes sense build own, and when to partner with other digital players in the BEV Charging Eco-system. Time to market is of great essence, so we strive to build and learn in short development and release cycles.
This position is placed in CampX, Gothenburg, Sweden. However, if you are the person we look for - Volvo Energy could support with re-location.
Qualifications likely required to be successful in this role
University degree relevant to the position: in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, computer science, entrepreneurial strategy, UX design, or equivalent.
Good understanding of the charging ecosystem and relevant protocol standards for charging like ISO15118, OCPP and OCPI.
Experience from working with electromobility services, eMSP, charging systems or energy infrastructure is considered an advantage.
Experience from Agile development and system integrations
Good Digital technology understanding and ability to manage business and technical complexity.
Ability to work and collaborate in a heterogenous environment with many different stakeholders, several development teams, both inhouse and with contracted partners in the Digital Ecosystem.
Fluent in English, written and spoken.
