Arbetsuppgifter
We are looking for a Lead Service Provider for Digital Human Resources for a client that works with electric performance cars. The Digital department plays a crucial role in the overall business strategy, utilizing cutting-edge technology to develop essential digital products across various domains.

The Digital HR team works closely with HR Operations and HR Management to establish an operational framework that ensures HR functions according to best practices.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Service Lead to help the client further enhance their Workday instance and make it one of the best within the community. This assignment is ideal for someone who wants to work hands-on in all areas of Human Capital Management (HCM) and develop expertise in Workday.

The selected candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, designing, developing, and maintaining HR projects across different business areas. Collaboration with HR teams is essential to ensure successful implementation, and documentation for each phase of the development life cycle.

Key Responsibilities

Service Lead:

• Align the direction of the Digital HR team.
• Coordinate the HR Digital portfolio, including systems, services, development tasks, vendors, and procurement.
• Collaborate with HR to develop roadmaps and prioritize initiatives across all HR business areas.
• Monitor development progress and ensure adherence to plans.
• Act as the point of contact (POC) for HR teams.
• Represent HR Digital and the HR agenda in various digital forums.
• Oversee the work of the HR Digital Team and ensure alignment with priorities.
• Manage the HRD incident management assignment group, including ticket review, assignment, and task completion.
• Act as scrum master for the HRD development roadmap.
• Plan and manage feature and upgrade releases.
• Collaborate with multiple functional areas to gather, clarify, and document requirements.
• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain Workday strategies.
• Serve as the Workday system owner, along with other SaaS HR tools within the designated digital portfolio.
• Manage and submit SOX audit data in compliance with Polestar's internal controls requirements.
• Gather and organize information on problems, systems, processes, or procedures, including current and future operating procedures.
• Analyze findings and propose operational improvements and changes.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders.

Workday Business Analyst:

• Ensure clear business requirements before development.
• Verify that completed developments align with requirements.
• Serve as the main POC for business initiatives and analysis.
• Support technical project managers in new initiatives and releases, ensuring proper documentation and completion of project criteria at all stages.
• Provide support for Workday system testing when necessary.

Requirements

• 3-10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience working with Workday or other large HCM platforms.
• Driven and self-motivated, with a focus on achieving results and a strong sense of accountability.
• Ability to anticipate, draw conclusions, and adapt to changing needs, as well as engage with the business.
• Proficient in collecting, organizing, and analyzing significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with prior work experience in an international context.
• Proficient in agile methodologies and tools.

Meritorious

• Hands-on configuration experience in Workday is a plus.
• Project management experience is meritorious.
