We are looking for a Digital Growth Manager to join our marketing team, eager to help us drive rapid product lead growth across the Nordics and Europe.

The work
As Digital Growth Manager, you are responsible for how our audience interacts with us digitally, from acquisition to conversion and marketing automation. You will be an integral part of the marketing team and work closely with sales for accelerated growth across multiple markets. The position requires high energy, ambition and a problem-solving mindset as you will have full ownership of the digital customer journey, from awareness and consideration to conversion. It's important that you are passionate about digital marketing, analytics and constantly strive to improve.

As Digital Growth Manager, you will also be challenged by your colleagues in fitness competitions, dart matches, enjoy Fika", and hang out with a brilliant team.

Who are you?
You are a humble, fearless and results-driven doer with the know-how of creating high-converting digital campaigns across multiple markets. You make things happen, and you are regularly both setting and hitting high targets. You're also expected to be an excellent team player, an outstanding communicator, and comfortable juggling many tasks simultaneously.

The basic ingredients

You have:

• 4+ years of experience in B2B Digital Marketing with outstanding results
• Experience from managing high-converting regional campaigns
• Experience from owning the marketing tech stack, including but not limited to website, marketing automation platform, analytical tools, and more.
• Experience from managing display and search advertising
• Ambition to continually develop and improve
• Comfortable working independently
• You fluently speak English and Swedish: other European languages are beneficial.

The icing on the cake:

• Experience in Digital Sales
• Experience in B2B SaaS
• Experience in Website optimisation
• Experience in SEO and analytics
• Experience with Hubspot
• A degree in Digital Marketing

More about the position
This is a full-time position with a probationary period, and we plan to fill it immediately with the start date ASAP. We will schedule virtual interviews at the end of October. There will be position related tests during the recruitment process, and if you are successful and we offer you the position, we will need to run the usual background checks.
