Job Information
As an integral part of our Marketing Team, you will oversee the creation and distribution of content across multiple channels (website, blog, social media, email, etc.), and markets across the globe. You will, with the help of several expert groups within the company, focus on creating valuable content to drive high-quality leads. You will also lead multiple campaigns with the goal of increasing brand awareness, sales and attracting talent for recruitment. As our Digital Content Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop new ideas and be creative. Our primary communication language is English, and we work with translation agencies for our other markets (Polish, Swedish, German). The Content Manager reports to VP Marketing, and the position is placed in our HQ in Gothenburg (Hovås), Sweden.
Your mission is to:
• Write compelling content for various channels and platforms (blog posts, articles, e-books, Intranet, presentations, white papers, reports, infographics, job ads, employer branding stories, printed collateral, website, movies, and more)
• Coordinate projects and work with various internal and external stakeholders/experts
• Oversee the content creation process and interact with translation agencies
• Identify content gaps and ensure all content is up-to-date
• Manage and execute on the content marketing activity plan
• Become our center of knowledge for content with the objective to support different marketing and sales initiatives
• Track and analyze content initiatives across channels and activities, and report on results
To succeed in this role, you are:
• A lover of all things communication and digital marketing
• Passionate about helping customers by writing/creating valuable content
• Skilled in all aspects of Social Media, move seamlessly across different channels and know how to create engaging campaigns and reach target groups
• Analytical and have in-depth knowledge in crafting content strategies for Customer Journeys
• Full of ideas, initiative and possess the drive to take ownership and make it happen
• Excellent at efficiently communicating with internal and external stakeholders
• Brave and willing to move out of your comfort zone
We expect you to have:
• Proven skills in (and most importantly the passion for) copywriting and editing
• 2-3 years of professional experience in marketing, PR, and/or communications (passion, style, and talent beats experience)
• Experience from working with project management
• A native, or close-to-native, level of English, both written and spoken (Swedish and German are big pluses).
• Experience in content production for businesses and have an understanding of B2B marketing
• .and it would be great if you have:
• An understanding of SEM, PPC and other online advertising channels
• Experience from working in CMS (Wordpress) and Hubspot
• Experience in creating visuals to support your story
