We are looking for an additional colleague to join us as a Digital Activation Manager within the Health & Medical (HM) Business Unit. HM encompasses the Incontinence Products Health Care and Medical Solutions categories.

Digital Marketing and Project overview and coordination with global digital teams
Support overview and definition of digital strategy and focus, incl KPI's
Maintain 8Q Digital Plan - coordinate with Global eBusiness / Global teams
Support and coordinate markets on the roll out, use, and optimization of digital tools and initiatives. (Websites, webshop, social media, search, e-mail marketing)
Keep regional digital tools and platforms overview. (e g Ratings & Reviews, Social Media Brand watch, Buy it now, web analytics, SEO, PIM, DAM, Profitero, Product Explorer)
Collect and coordinate platform requirements across countries and pass on to global functions.
Global Essity Activation - participate in global editorial meetings (or other relevant fora) and make brand managers aware of relevant topic
Act as advisor in digital marketing topics and contributes to best practice sharing, in respective networks and projects.
Ensures local teams has appropriate knowledge within digital marketing, organizes training with relevant experts.
Key point of contact for common tools such as Mediabank, Product Explorer, GPIM, Click Dimension (e-mail marketing tool), Go to webinar

Digital KPI's
Contribute local teams defining digital marketing and digital sales KPIs, setting goals, improving reporting and processes, increasing data analytics capabilities, and best practice sharing.
Data Analytics. Fix basic sales data-access issues, define basic report structure including KPI aligned with marketing managers, Drive quarterly review with marketing managers.
Gather information, monitor data on relevant trends and activities and contribute to data and insight sharing with local teams.

Data Protection Coordinator
Supports local Business Process Owners, (Hands on work is done by the local Business Process Owner)
Gets support from Regional Legal Counsel and can reach out to BU HM Data Protection Coordinator if needed.
Development of DP trainings
Launching a new tool processing personal data.
Hiring a new vendor processing personal data.
Data Subject Consents and personal data processing activities.
Acting on Data breach.
Acting on a Data subject request. (delete/modify/report)
How to internally handle extracted personal data (emails, Teams, etc.)
Support Global DP Coordinator
Be the key point of contact for appointed cluster of markets (Nordics & Baltics/ UK) and:
Maintain overview One Trust, online services and solutions
Manage required updates to Privacy Policies
Support in audits
Coordinate with global or local legal if required and/ or GBIS/ GMI teams or other relevant global teams such as Global Compliance DP officer

Key competencies:
Master's degree, preferably in marketing, business administration, economics or similar
At least a few years of experience as a product or brand manager
B2B marketing and commercial experience within Healthcare or Medical devices is a plus
Proven track record of developing and activating marketing plans/deliverables
Experience with portfolio management
Digital marketing experience preferably towards healthcare staff and/or B2C/B2B customers
Fluent in English
