PRESENTATION
On behalf of our costumer Axiell in Lund, we are looking for a Developer Manager with good technical skills, particularly in Oracle, SQL, PLSQL and JAVA.

Over the past few months Axiell have launched a new development project that will bring the next generation of products on the market, including a lot of Web 2.0 thinking. Within the next 2 years we will launch more new exiting development projects in order to lift our products into the next generation of library management products.

Arbetsuppgifter
Apart from leading and manage the development group, your tasks will be:

• to plan, execute and lead development projects
• to be a strong partner for the developers in architectural discussions and decisions and defining future technical strategies
• to take an active part in improving quality assurance and business processes
• to communicate with the rest of the organization

You will be part of a company with the attention to take the step into a new generation of products including many new web technologies, within the coming years. You will be part of a Scandinavian development organization with a large variety of competences and get a wide communication interface with the Danish and Finnish departments.

Erfarenhet
You have a background as a developer and have worked as a manager at least 1-2 years. You have knowledge of human nature and a good sense of leadership by interactive coaching.

You are structured and analytical, but know when decisions are required. You have a strong drive and want to attain your goal, at the same time you like to combine technical know-how with business.

You are fluent in Swedish and English.

Axiell is the leading provider of management systems to various types of libraries - most public libraries - in the Scandinavian region. We have several hundred customers in Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland. And we will be expanding into new markets in the coming years. Axiell has development departments in Denmark, Sweden and Finland. These departments develop and maintain a number of different products to the library community.
