Job Description
The primary responsibility of the Desktop Support Technician is to provide technical support for all global Calabrio employees including, troubleshooting of Macs, PCs, printers, and software applications. This position will also be responsible for setup and onboarding of new employees, upgrades for existing employees as well as decommissioning of workstations as needed. Additional responsibilities also include:
About the job
Provide technical support and complete help desk tickets as submitted by end-users
Setup and onboard new employees including accounts, hardware, and software
Responsibility for installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of user PC's
Test and install computer hardware and software applications
Interface with third party vendors to resolve certain hardware or software issues
Assist in the organization and inventory of all hardware and software resources
Develop and maintain required end user documentation
Performs hands-on fixes at the desktop level, including installing hardware, software, and configuring systems and applications
Support printers, audiovisual and peripherals
Provide emergency on-call support on a rotating schedule

About you
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; or an associate degree and 1-2 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Customer-oriented mindset with exceptional customer service skills required
Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software computer problems
Ability to work independently, anticipate workload, set priorities and plan and organize to complete work on a timely basis
Attention to detail
Ability to be adaptable and flexible
Ability to work collaboratively with a remote team
