Visiting the IKEA store has been since more than 75 years "a fun day" out and "a magic journey to Sweden". But the world is turning, and consumer behaviors and considerations are facing a radical change. We love our stores! That is why we need to invigorate their role! With this initiative we will support countries to apply principles to redesign their stores by creating a more convenient and inspiring experience for our customers and increasing the capabilities for store fulfillment to deliver profitable growth.

To be successful in this role, you have knowledge of:
• Extensive knowledge of IKEA concept, brand objectives, values and vision.
• Great understanding of the omnichannel customer journeys and ability to apply a complete customer journey based on insights.
• Good experience and knowledge about omnichannel sales and customer experience with special focus on IKEA internal operations and processes.
• Coordinating and directing activities (incl. virtual) to help achieve business objectives.
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholders' management.
• You have a solution-oriented approach, eager to achieve results and the capability to find new and better ways of working.
• How to initiate, plan, execute and follow up a cross-functional project
• You have been working with delivering results with customer impact for a minimum of five years and have achieved valuable experience in leading and influencing co-workers and teams.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Deployment Leader, your purpose will be to scale and accelerate the transformation of our stores by supporting the countries to understand the specific roles of each store in the market and implement the best suitable solution from the portfolio, always balancing the exciting customer experience and our profitable operation.
You will collect and act upon the follow up of the solutions implemented and the emerging needs from the countries for development. You will bring a holistic customer view and identify business opportunities accordingly.
More in detail your will:
• Actively cooperate with key partners on Group and Country level while representing Commercial Development in related forums and decision bodies.
• Support from your area of expertise the scalability and acceleration of our store 's transformation by the facilitation of the country subject matter expert network enabling sharing of best practices and collaboration.
• Identify the process and the needs of the markets to recommend the best suitable option to deliver into their MPP ambitions.
• Partnership with the store and country management to secure the best solution for redesign and identify possible areas of development
• Implement change initiatives and identify risk
• In close cooperation with countries and main stakeholders secure the implementation of the portfolio with solutions to redesign the stores
• In close cooperation with countries follow up the solutions
• Facilitate and identify the needs for new solutions in the portfolio, always based on emerging retail experiences focus on customers and consumers needs and our profitability
• Responsible to communicate, map and distribute relevant information between the team and the relevant CoE 's
The role temporary for two years and is based in Hubhult, Malmö and reports to the Commercial Project Manager.
