Position Title: Junior Broker
Location: Stockholm
A leading Financial Institution with ground breaking technology that has introduced Sweden to the money markets o n a retail and institutionallevel. Serving over a 100 countriesand dealing with multiple languages. we are now looking to expand our sales force with bi-/multilingual brokers. The sales team consists of people with a wide range of expericen; from trading, previous financial sales to engineers and resent graduates, all from different cultures but with the same ambitions - competitive and thriving in a dynamic enviroment.
Descriptions and Responsibilities:
• Being part of a sales team dedicated to handling all aspects of the customer experience.
• Assist with outbound opening of new accounts for potential clients who have indicated an interest in trading with our firm.
• Provide support for existing clients.
• Handle incoming sales inquiries and client issues via phone, email and online chat.
• Uphold the firms good reputation.
Required Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills - fluent in English and one or several of the following languages (Swedhs is not a requirement), Arabic, Russian, Portuguese, German, French, Polish, Cantonese, Mandarin or Japanese - any additional language is a good qualification.
Be comfortable with working long hours and have the discipline and self-starting approach to work alone as well as in a competitive and team-oriented inviroment. Complete the initial in-house training as well as continous training/education throughout the employment.
