We are a global IT delivery within Volvo group IT that maintains a direct relation with the Dealerships of our Volvo Group like Volvo Trucks, Volvo Penta, Volvo Construction equipment etc. to provide front desk support for the business applications used by them.

We are now looking for a Delivery Leader for our teams in Gothenburg and Gent that supports the Scandinavian and Benelux markets. You will play a key role in the experienced teams who provide professional front desk support to our dealers.

DBS has initiated a global roadmap with changes related to BI, AI/RPA and our current tools i.e. ServiceNow and we expect you to handle the change management in your teams and work closely together with our Global Solution Lead and Solution Expert through the full change cycle.

Role mission & context
As Delivery Leader you are responsible for the defined deliveries according to agreed estimations on cost, time and quality. You are responsible for the team's competence and culture development to secure the delivery as well as individual training, cross training and knowledge sharing.
The Delivery Leader supports the Delivery Manager to identify competence and development needs according to the business needs. The Delivery Leader is highly involved in the daily operational work with passion for dealer business uptime.

Delivery leader responsibilities are:
• Secure work prioritization and distribution within the team and coordinate team's activities
• Securing IT delivery in line with decided directives and frameworks
• Ensure communication / collection / sharing relevant information with stakeholders, team members, and partners in a systematic way
• Together with Delivery Manager secure capacity planning for the delivery
• Act as a mentor and coach for colleague, give support, feedback and recognition related to delivery and performance
• Initiate and encourage development activities for the team members in cooperation with the respective Delivery Manager
• Direct contact with users and customers from Nordic region (Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland)
• Solving incidents that appear in Volvo Dealer's and Workshop's applications (business knowledge needed).
• Working according to established rules and procedures as a member of DBS Nordic (registering, closing, monitoring and follow-up incidents)
• Working in accordance with ITIL and Global DBS Best Practices
• Ensure quality and up to date Knowledge Base
• Occasionally coordinate new support activities

Location: Gothenburg, Sweden

Travel required: Frequent

The competencies we are looking for:
• Proficient in Swedish and English
• Work experience in leading or coordinating teams remotely
• Experience as an Application Support agent.
• Knowledge of Service Now
• Ability to work independently
• Self-learning, self-exploration see opportunities for Innovation
• VPS Continuous improvements
• Good interpersonal skills to be able to communicate and cooperate well internally and externally other teams and stakeholders.
• Finish language will be an additional asset
