The HR function within Scania IT supports the global IT organization and is now in a challenging and exiting phase. We are aiming for a flexible and business driven HR team where everyone contributes with their capabilities and experiences to succeed. And now we are looking for a Manager to lead and facilitate the HR team in this journey!
Your Main Responsibilities
• Lead and develop the team of Administrators and HR Business Partners.
• Act in the role as HR Business Partner together with the other team members.
• Establish and organize the HR team in line with common Scania HR processes and lead areas.
• Engage and involve the team in a clear direction and communicating why and what.
• Coach your team and give them a high level of autonomy in deciding on the how and when.
• Create a climate where the team continuously evaluate their work, make improvements and follow up to ensure that the results are in line with the direction.
• Actively participate in the department management team and drive strategic HR issues.
• Guide and coach managers in the different area of expertise within HR.
• Act as a change leader within different initiatives connected to Scania HR-processes.
The position is newly established and you can shape it and make a great difference in the organization together with your team. In this position you will report to the Head of Human Reources at Scania IT.
Your profile
You have previous experience working with HR at Scania and you are familiar with our common HR-processes and Swedish labor law. You are motivated by developing the business with a clear focus on peoples potential. You reach results by engaging your team in the direction and objectives of the HR function. You are communicative and easily gain trust both in your team and in the business that you support. You create structure when needed and ensure that priorities are made. You easily make things happen. You have high integrity and professionalism with a strong capability of challenging the current situation and to develop new concepts.
You have a relevant university degree or similar work experience and express yourself well in both spoken and written English.
