We are currently looking for a Senior Database Developer to join the Specialists & Methods group. The team consult,coach and control the development organization to maintain the integrity of and to gain efficient usage of databases. Are you passionate about database development then as a part of the team you'll get the opportunity to work for one of the market leaders in a fast growing market for online gaming and live betting. Working with us is both as serious as in a bank or a stock exchange and as fun and creative as in the gaming industry.
Your place at the table
As a Senior Database Developer with bwin you will work in a creative environment with highly skilled and motivated colleagues. Development is done according to the SCRUM methodology and in small teams that are responsible for features and persistence of information throughout the process in design, coding and testing. You're task will be to help the development teams with the bigger picture, structure, control and deep expertise regarding databases and within the team we hope that you will take on the role as the hibernate specialist.
Your gaming skills and experience
To play with us, you need to have at least 4 years? experience with hibernate based db development for larger MySQL installations; You also need a Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Computer Science or the equivalent.
