All about the role:
The central D2C E-commerce team's focus is to develop and leverage new routes to market delivering profitable growth for Electrolux. As D2C E-commerce Growth Manager, your mission is to gain business growth through effective, data-driven strategies. You will drive web personalization, optimize conversion funnels, discover key performance metrics for growth, explore new business opportunities and remain fully informed on market trends. You will also focus on outlining and improving the consumer journey throughout the entire Business Area Europe.
What you'll do:
As D2C E-commerce Growth Manager you will report to the D2C E-commerce Director Conversion & Business Development and make sure to drive profitable growth in the D2C E-commerce channel across multiple web shops for all of Business Area Europe. On detail, you will:
• Drive hands-on optimization of each conversion path to maximize LTV in collaboration with Web Personalization, Conversion Optimizers, and other cross functional teams (IT, Marketing, Sales Activations)
• Contribute to projects and growth initiatives with focus on personalization, experimentation, UX, CRM and other activities to drive online sales
• Drive and monitor sales activations and cross-sell and up-sell use cases via product recommendations in Dynamic Yield (personalization platform)
• Co-execute conversion rate optimization strategies for continuous improvement of key sales metrics with Conversion Optimization Managers
• Collaborate with the European Activation Team driving commercial activities in all digital channels including web shops, newsletters, and paid media
• Systematically explore new business and audience opportunities, but also challenge the status quo to drive ROI improvements
• Closely monitor e-commerce trends to refine our competitive edge
• Participate in the development of growth KPIs, reports, dashboards, and analysis in collaboration with internal partners
• Cooperate in various D2C E-Commerce related projects and business cases
Who you are:
• Bachelor's degree in business/marketing, computer science/information systems or similar
• 3+ years of working experience in online sales and growth strategy
• Clear understanding of e-commerce mechanisms to drive demand and revenue (SEO, SEM, Affiliates, CRM)
• Customer-centric mindset, focused on building the best experience for our consumers
• Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics and Excel
• Experience with the personalization platform Dynamic Yield or similar, as well as behavioral analysis/optimization tools like Content Square or Google Optimize is a plus
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS or JavaScript is a plus
• Fluent in English
