A cornerstone of H&M Group's cyber security capabilities, the newly formed Cyber Security Program Management Unit (PMO) is tasked with overseeing the portfolio of the Cyber Security Tech Centre, and meticulously managing of large-scale strategic cyber security deliveries. Job Description
As a Cyber Security Program Manager, you are responsible for managing complex cross-cutting initiatives with a focus on cyber security, involving many parts of Business Tech and of the global business organization within H&M Group. The job includes strategic analysis and combining business acumen with technical and domain knowledge. The initiatives typically require a wide range of activities from business development to tech implementation, including new product development as well as driving, leading and coordinating participating teams from across the cyber security department and the Group, of which many are distributed globally. The job often includes strategic analysis as well as technical and functional development . Working with a focus on value creation, growth and serving customers with full ownership and accountability. Delivering exceptional customer and business results.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage and execute large cross-cutting cyber security projects (programs), involving a large number of teams across the H&M Group
Collaborate with stakeholders within or cross functions, to drive joint initiatives, requiring synchronized backlogs and activities
Responsible for planning and preparing the roll-out of programs, coordinating both with (regional) stakeholders as well as program stakeholders, ensuring alignment on dependencies and timelines
Communicate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment of goals and tasks to ensure the overall success of the program
Develop a thorough understanding of processes and technical issues
Enable continuous improvement during projects, ensuring learnings are documented and shared with others
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will have:
Extensive experience using a "prgm mgmt. toolbox" of techniques such as Milestone planning, Process mapping, Planning and facilitation, change management, scheduling, root cause analysis etc.
Moderate cyber security domain knowledge
Ability to build relationships, delegate, empower and coach team members, with a highly collaborative work ethic
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate priorities and constraints, and understand their desires & requirements
Understanding of the core retail end-to-end processes. Processes that drive costs and/or locks up inventory, processes and behaviors that increase cyber security. Ability to put program objectives into a retail and IT process perspective.
Experienced in agile ways of working, and ability to work with ambiguity, uncertainty or limited information
Ability to develop the vision and mission statement and be adept at selling the program vision and benefits to the various stakeholders
