About the job as a Customer Support Specialist

As the new Customer Support Specialist, you'll become the fresh voice of TRINE - the first point of contact for their investors. Your high levels of energy and curiosity come in handy when you transform customer feedback into strategic insights, helpful actions and product development. With a knack for providing excellent customer service, you track, follow up and resolve customer issues by providing TRINEified answers to the investors' requests. To put it differently: you inhale customer feedback and exhale an outstanding customer experience. You know that first impressions are only made once, and you're determined to make them nothing but remarkable.
We are looking for you who...
• recharges your human solar panels with renewable, odd and emotional energy! Your energetic mindset converts to a burning yearning for excitement and change. Driven by understanding, helping and interacting, you thrive in the midst of managing different types of people and your strong belief in cultural diversity supports a sustainable development that drives innovation. You're an extrovert people person; a proven motivator who knows exactly how to add the perfect dynamics to build winning relationships!
