WE ARE AARKE

We design, develop, manufacture and sell premium home appliances to the global market. The company is expanding rapidly and we are currently present in 25 markets around the world.

We are looking for a service minded person with strong administrative skills to join our team. This person will have the following responsibilities:

CUSTOMER SERVICE

A premium brand needs premium customer service. When something in the customer experience chain fails we need to provide excellent service to reach 100% customer satifisfaction. You will handle inquiries to our global support inbox from all around the world and you will communicate with end-consumers, distributors and retailers to solve problems.

Interacting with end customers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner and quickly reacting and responding to problems

Processing customer returns & claims correctly and in-time

Communicating with the development and business team and suggesting improvements to minimize the return rate.

Help improving the aftersales process.

SALES AND MARKETING ASSISTANCE

Contribute to the administration of sales and marketing activities together with team.

Assisting with distributor queries

Assisting with marketing and promotional activities such as social media, mail-outs and co-ordinating campaigns

Project management

We are open to candidates without previous customer service experience, however:
Customer Service/Sales background is a plus
Knowledge from customer support systems such as Zendesk and Freshdesk is appriciated.
