To be able to create value we need to understand our users. Talk to them. Listen to them. Our users bring us the best feedback and insights, our colleagues in customer support act as the first point of contact and play an important part in the Lifesum experience.
We are now looking for a Customer Support Agent to further strengthen our team. The role is central for the most valuable thing we have, our relationship with our users. You will handle inquiries, complaints, bug reports, cancellations, issues with billing and more - offering the best possible service to our users! You will also help identify, reproduce, and document bugs for the development teams.
Constant learning and gaining in depth understanding of our product, being informed of new features, campaigns and issues are key to perform well in this position. You are expected to have strong work ethic and good organizational skills. But also remember, that the company is what we make of it and you also need to be open and communicate well and energize the people you work with. Contribute to the team, and make work enjoyable for the people that work with you.
You will have a great impact on how our users perceive and trust our product, brand, and overall experience of Lifesum. You have the courage to both take initiative and being accountable for what you do. Your social skills, willingness to learn, optimism and "can-do" attitude will make you, your colleagues and our company thrive.
Your experience will be a valuable asset
• 2-3+ years relevant experience of working as customer support agent
• Experience of working via Helpshift or similar customer support tool
• Experience of customer support work via email
• Experience of working both independently as well as in a customer support team
• Experience in handle stressful situations, prioritizing work and manage your time according to the task at hand, both planned and ad-hoc tasks
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in both English and at least one other language among German/French/Italian/Spanish
