Do you want to be a part of the journey to establish a professional and well-functioning customer support organization?As a Manager Support you will be responsible to build and develop a support organization whom will consist of 5-10 people in the near future. As a member of the management group you report directly to the CEO. Your responsibilities as Manager Support, when building a new organization, will consist of tasks such as;
• Establishing and organizing the complete global support organization with current and new employees, placed on different continents
• Daily secure that the team has all the needed knowledge and information as well as the best conditions to succeed with their task to deliver world class customer support through well-established processes
• Ensure that Novcura delivers outstanding customer service
• Secure that the internal organization is informed and knows exactly what is being delivered by the support organization
• Support in sales situations with customers
• When necessary be able to purchase and implement new systems

An essential part in all the tasks stated above is to be an advocate for Novacuras core values which are to be a company that is honest and have integrity, who wants to be brave, professional, and show that they care. Travelling will occur, both to customers and team members. Who are you?Apart from having a relevant university degree, you will benefit from a background in IT where you either have worked with development or application in some form. A merit for this role is if you have previous experience of either SQL or service of some form and have been in a support or customer focused context before. All previous experience from an international environment where you have used English on a day to day basis is a big plus. As a person you are outgoing with an ability to present yourself and the team both to internal and external stakeholders. At the same time, you identify yourself with having a good inner structure which enables you to organize and implement processes. Being bold, professional, and innovative are additional descriptions which we believe applies well to you as you will take on a global responsibility with personnel on different continents where your drive to build and establish a world-class support organization will be tested daily.
