Located at our headquarters in central Gothenburg, reporting to the VP & General Manager Region EMEA.

About the position
As Customer Solution Specialist you provide advanced product support to customers requiring assistance with instrumentation, software, and hardware components sold and distributed by Mentice. You will be the first point of contact, supporting both our customers and other internal stakeholders, to help our stakeholders to fully utilize the Mentice solutions to their full potential.

You will collaborate with the both the Global Product organization and the Sales department to understand the customer's needs, resolve complex cases, and work proactively to find the best suitable solutions for our products in a positive problem-solving manner. You see solutions rather than problems and have a service minded attitude. You can quickly adapt to new priorities depending on the stakeholders need. Responsibilities
The role includes (but not limited to):
• Conduct advanced data analysis and troubleshooting, applying a deep understanding of underlying instrument, software, and operating system functionality.
• Product demonstrations to key prospects at roadshows.
• Execute customer trainings, both comprehensive trainings during installation of new system as well refresher trainings as needed.
• Continuously and proactively follow up with existing/new customers to improve, support, help and utilize our products.
• Contribute to quality compliance through accurate and concise case documentation.
• Keep our CRM and support system up to date regarding customer systems, software's and contacts.
• Help customers who contact us or have sent in their system to us for support.
• Act as the link between Project and customers during project rollouts.

The role requires a lot of face-to-face interactions with clients and therefore travels will be necessary to be successful in this role.

Your profile
Qualifications.
• Bachelor of Science/ Master in Biomedical Engineering or similar educational background within the biomedical, medical, computer science or engineering field.
• Minimum 4 years of proven experience within customer service, computer support or similar.
• Experience in clinical environment, ideally related to healthcare or MedTech within radiology or Cathlab.
• Medical Experience is a bonus and knowledge of the interventional field is a big advantage.
• Communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written.
• Driving license B will be required.
