• Managing, developing and coaching an organization of 10-15 people located in 3 countries with the goal to ensure best-in-class customer service.
• Owning the processes required to manage the team like budget, recruitment and staffing
• Owning the Customer Service operations, responsible for our key Key Performance Indicators for e.g. order processing, customer service phone-metrics, claims management and billing accuracy.
• Continuously own potential improvement areas and simplify the way we work and the way we provide service to our customers.
Key Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with:
- 3-5 years' experience in a similar operation/position
- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- People management experience and skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to drive process improvements and simplification
- High customer focus to ensure best in class customer service
- Strong drive within a changing environment (require to be both open to change and to implement change)
- High reliability and accountability
- Strong collaboration skills to work with counterparts within supply chain as well as across functions
- Fluent in English and Swedish, speaking and written skills.

Getting thousands of different products into our customer's salons in the right quantities, at the right time and with perfect quality presents a new challenge every day. Coty's Supply Chain organization is here to meet this challenge! This involves e.g. the forecasting customer demand, managing the information flows from orders, shipments and invoices and owning the physical distribution process from Distribution Centre to the customer's salons.
We are now looking for our new Customer Service Team Leader for the Nordics, who will be responsible of our Customer Service operations to our approx. 10,000 customers across the Nordic countries.
