Because let's face it, when something does go wrong you want an easy-to-reach and helpful person to help you solve the situation as quickly as possible. That's where we come in.

What you will be doing
We are currently looking for our fifth team lead to our Nordic CS department. Our team is young, energetic and filled with people who make sure that every shift is fun, even when s**t hits the fan. To be a part of Instabox customer service means being the face of the company towards our customers. The team reaches out to several thousands, yes thousands, of users daily, and always delivers excellent service and assistance.

You will be leading a group of CS reps whose job it is to answer questions of varying size and character. We trust our colleagues to do their utmost to maintain our good judgment in their interactions with customers, but sometimes seniority, guidance and experience is needed onsite, which is where you and the other team leads would come in. Your job will be to motivate and provide guidance for the team, making sure that users continue to have a positive experience of Instabox as we attach great importance to the experience of the delivery to those who use our lockers.

We are open between 8-22 on weekdays and 9-19 on weekends, so you need to be able to work both evenings and weekends.

Who you are
To succeed in the role of a Team Lead, we believe that you should be driven by working in a rapidly changing environment. You should have a well-developed sense of service and think that problem-solving is fun - you will do a lot of it. We're also looking for someone who considers themselves a motivator and a leader, someone who others turn to for both big and small things.

When we review your resume we believe that we will find evidence of the following:

• Two years of experience within customer service or a similar role and leadership experience in this role.
• Proof that you are a confident user of different IT systems and comfortable working with computers (who isn't these days though, right?)
• Comfortable with expressing yourself in Swedish and English both written and verbal - a documented or native proficiency in either Dannish or Norwegian is highly meriting.

• If you have experience working in Zendesk then that will help you hit the ground running, but it is not a prerequisite for the role
