For our Swedish branch in Helsingborg we are looking for a
Customer Service Consultant / Dispatcher

Your tasks:
• You advise our new and existing customers regarding all transport related issues
• You register and process customer inquiries and orders by telephone as well as in written form
• You plan our own vehicle fleet as well as our transport companies taking into account economic and quality-relevant aspects
• You create offers, monitor the shipments and manage the deadlines
• You register transfer orders and enter them in our company-owned software "CargoSoft"

Your profile:
• You are a logistics specialist with very good geographic knowledge of Europe
• Your MS Office skills are good
• You should bring also with you a high willingness to learn and good communication skills as well as stong telephoning abilities
• A customer and service orientated course of action is for you a matter of course
• Your English skills are good, German language skills or Eastern European language skills are advantageous
