Your sweet spot
We are now looking for a part time customer service agent at 25%!
As a customer service agent you will be the first point of contact for all of Kavalls customers. With great social and communicative skills you will be excelling our customer success and joining a vibrant team sharing the same vision.
Some of the things you'll handle
Have daily contact with customers through email or chat.
Support customers with orders, payments or general questions
Communicate and support store-pickers and riders within the company
Obtain and communicate customers feedback to further develop internal processes.
We believe that you
Service minded - you love to help customers and have a positive outlook on the different challenges you may face
Result oriented - you are a person who likes problem solving and always strives to find solution.
Fluent in Swedish and English
We consider it a great advantage if you have communication skills in Norwegian.
Can communicate well through email and chat services
We consider it an advantage if you have previous work experience within service
