As a Process Team Member, you will work on process improvements delivering global harmonization. Supporting to establish an overall center of excellence for relevant Customer Admin processes. Identify improvement potentials and support preparation of recommendations for approval of improvement processes, services and/or system solutions. Prepare business case documentation to support the recommendations for improvement initiatives
You report to the Service Development Manager within Customer Service Administration and this position is preferably located in Gothenburg.
Your main accountabilities and responsibilities are:
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for Customer Admin processes
• Identify improvement potentials and support preparation of recommendations for approval of improvement processes, services and/or system solutions
• Prepare business case documentation to support the recommendations for improvement initiatives
• Measure and follow up defined KPIs and propose corrective actions to deviations from targets
• Provide support regarding Customer Admin processes, query resolution and data provision to other service areas, produce process documentation and training material
• Analyze best fit technology solutions based on knowledge of the Customer Admin processes and improvement possibilities
• Produce communication material for relevant stakeholders and the entire organization (e.g. intranet or self-service solutions)
• Follow accounting standards and other internal policies such as internal controls and legal regulations
• Keep updated on trends and best practice as well as legal changes and adaptations
• Contribute to finding and implementing effective solutions in a matrix organization
• Maintains the interface to Business Unit Commercial networks and Business contacts
About you
We are looking for you who has:
• High interest in exploring latest technology from a process improvement perspective.
• University degree or equivalent in Finance/Commerce
• Min 1-5 years ' experience in Finance/Commerce
• Good knowledge of ERP system / MS Excel / IT skills.
• Experience of working with processes, services or system solutions is desirable
• Project management experience
• Holistic thinking, and ability to understand end-to-end processes
• Ability to work and communicate in a multi-cultural environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with a desire to learn new skills
• Customer Driven
• Fluent English (Spoken & Written)

They are currently in the beginning of a transformation journey, meaning both going from a regional to a service aligned organization, both also developing their way of working making use of new modern technology and solutions.
This is a consultancy assignment during 3-6 months with employment at Adecco.
