Customer Service/Account Manager
We are currently looking for an experienced Customer Service/Account Manager to our facility, Sony DADC Copenhagen Office situated in Copenhagen/DK.
Work description:
• Account management of Nordic major clients or brokers with a young dynamic team
• Self responsible handling of complex customer orders by using an internal software
• Close relation with sales, production planning, purchasing and production
• Representing at customer meetings
• Active encouragement of the customer retention
• Positioning of own ideas in order to develop our internal processes
Profile:
• Higher education such as college or university
• Significant experience in customer service and/or sales
• Experienced IT user
• Fluency in English; German or other Nordic languages are an advantage
• Service-oriented personality with strong communication skills
• Excellent project management and troubleshooting skills as well as strategically and entrepreneurial thinking
