Are you creative and business minded marketer with an eye for details? MultiMind is looking for a Customer Marketing Lead for our client. This is a 12 month consultancy opportunity with good chances for prolongation, starting ASAP.



About our client Our client is a successful international company in the home electronics industry and is known all over the world. The company is in the forefront of the digital revolution and is a world leader with its innovatively designed products.



The role: The overall purpose of the role is to create sell-out Joint Business Plans (JBPs) in partnership with KAM/Sales Management for selected Customers.

In this role, you key accountabilities include:

Together with Nordic Customer Marketing Manager CE implement and drive marketing activities accordingly
Customer Marketing is responsible for understanding the business strategy for the dedicated customers as well as core target audience and shopper strategies.
Integrate and engage offers in every Customer > Shopper touch point; in-store, Online, Service and Call Centers.
Deliver customer sell-out growth in value
Deliver growth of in-house value share
Optimize share of voice for display share, promotional share and recommendation rate inline/above key competitor and/or value market share
Support, enable and action Customer specific Mystery Shopping (in-store and online)
Co-host events in non-traditional environments with the Customer as the organizer.


Your profile 1-2 years' experience within Customer/Channel Marketing roles
Experience from working with and manage external agencies
Experience from working with analytics from campaigns
Customer channel integration & sales maximization (omni-channel perspective; in-store, DM)
Customer segmentation and core shopper profile understanding
ROI understanding, investment recoup through incremental sales
KAM forecasting & sell-in understanding
Media and customer campaign planning experience
SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:

Fluency in both Swedish and English is mandatory
Results & performance drive
Creativity in problem-solving and marketing
Strong collaboration skills and interculturally savvy
Big picture with attention to detail
