hela Sverige ValueOne is looking for a Customer Management Coordinator for a 5 months assignment at a security company in Malmö. The assignment is fulltime starting immediately.
The role
In the role as Customer Management Coordinator you will be a part of the Customer Service Function, responsible for supporting the offices in different countries with customer satisfaction. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and supply chain both internationally and locally, maintaining a high level of satisfaction within the team and promote the development of the team. You will work in a fast pace organization in a role which implies a lot of international contacts and some travelling to the countries you are responsible for.
Main tasks:
Handle the daily work regarding customer supply chain and logisticsBe the primary contact point with end-to-end responsibility for a chosen group of customers Continuously develop and optimize supply chain and customer service processes Develop and measure customer service key performance indicators, analyse data and prepare reports
Experience and competencies
Extensive experience within supply chain and customer service is needed for this assignment. It also requires a University Degree in Service Management, Supply Chain or similar experience. Furthermore, you need an advanced knowledge in Excel excellent analytical skills. Fluency in English is a must since you will have a lot of international contacts. Experience from working with improvement projects and training within customer management is desirable as well as a high IT maturity.
