Customer Insight Manager at Telenor

In this exciting role as Customer Insight Manager, you will work on some of the most important projects and initiatives at Telenor. You will work towards our Consumer division serving mobile, broadband and TV and work closely with various colleagues on strategic and operative projects. Your job will mainly be to conduct quantitative research enabling great business decisions and with the ambition to create amazing Customer, Product and Brand experience.

You will be responsible for managing the research process from A-Z, including understanding internal stakeholder and customer needs. As Customer Insight Manager you will carry out inventory workshops, deciding on research methodology, writing surveys, having contact with potential research suppliers, collecting data and carry out analysis. You will write reports and present to managers and top management and be involved in launching new products/services but also to improve existing products and service.

What we look for in you

Education: Academic degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Engineering or similar field - ideally some courses in Statistics or Mathematics

Quantitative Expertise
* Experienced in using advanced survey design tools such as Qualtrics, Confirmit or similar,
* Experienced in using Microsoft Excel for analysis and reporting
* Experienced in using statistical analysis software such as SPSS, SAS or similar
* Experienced in using multivariate analysis methodologies such as correlation, factor and cluster analysis

Analytical: You love to analyze numbers and you are skilled at making the complex simple.

Driven: You want to contribute and can take charge in making things happen.

Stakeholder management: You have a consultant mindset and can talk to everyone, no matter level or title. You are bold to speak up when needed, explaining your numbers, analysis, and thoughts on the topic.

Collaborative mindset: You think two brains are smarter than one brain and love to collaborate with others to reach a common goal. We think you love to share what you know, and help others grow.

Responsible: You are used to take full responsibility for your work and can drive the research with quality and dedication.

Business understanding: We believe you can see different perspectives. You always show a business mindset when collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders.

Communicative: You have big range of communication skills, both written and orally. You present data and analysis effortless while including everyone in your results. You communicate effortless in Swedish and English.
