Customer Experience Manager
As Customer Experience Manager you will have the global responsibility to develop and implement the Lynk & Co Customer Experience. The aim is to provide consumers with a seamless, unified brand experience.
Within the field of Customer Experience we translate the Lynk & Co brand in to a customer centric user experience with an emotional impact throughout all touchpoints and journeys.
As Customer Experience Manager you will have the responsibility for developing the strategy for the customer experience throughout different touchpoints. You are also responsible for the implementation and quality control of the customer experience on the different markets in co-operation with the local teams.
A structured mindset with a good feel for project management in combination with a positive spirit and strong team player skills are key characteristics we are looking for in this recruitment.
The position is based in Gothenburg with a global responsibility, which will involve frequent travel.
Responsibilities and tasks include
- Co-ordinate the strategic development of the Lynk & Co Customer Experience in multiple channels.
- Liaise with the business areas in the development and implementation of Customer Experience projects.
- Prepare, develop and implement training material in order to secure awareness of the Lynk & Co Customer Experience.
- Customer Journey Mapping of all consumer touchpoints and make sure it follows the Lynk & Co Customer Experience.
- Develop and implement a quality assurance system to make sure that the Customer Experience is consistent in all Lynk & Co touchpoints.
- Work closely with all departments to ensure the Customer Experience planning and implementation works smooth for all aspects of the company.
Profile and Background
- Strong project management skills
- Previous experience in a similar role in retail business
- Open, entrepreneurial and dynamic mindset, not afraid of challenging the conventions
