We are looking for Cross Product Owner - EE & SW Integration
An important part in the work towards our vision is to provide vehicles that are connected, autonomous, shared and electrified.
To achieve this, both the amount and the complexity of the software will increase drastically in coming vehicle architectures. NEVS strategy is to create a lot of this software in-house.
We are now looking for a CPO - EE & SW Integration. As CPO EE - SW Integration, your main responsibility is to define and follow-up the integration activities for the complete electrical system. In cooperation with other roles and teams in the organization, you will ensure that there is a clear understanding about the expected content of each integration. You will also drive the development and implementation of ways-of-working in the integration area cross the organization. To be successful in this role, you need to enjoy working in a wide network within NEVS to ensure alignment while still being able to participate in technical discussions in various areas.

The role as a CPO - EE & SW Integration involves:
- Analyze the major technology selections and communicate the consequences of this.
- Create and maintain Integration plan
- Plan & Drive Electrical integration
- Summarize and coordinate ECU deliveries
- Release SW/Electrical delivery baselines
- Make sure there are enough test objects for electrical and SW integration
- Drive handling of baselines and release.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience from defining vehicle electrical architectures
- Experience from planning and following up suppliers, external as well as internal
- BSc or MSc preferably in EE or SW area
- At least 10 years of experience from automotive EE or SW domains
