Cross Functional Team Leader

Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter: You will be working with team members who are both professional as well as down to earth. We have been very successful during last years with improving our business, but still have challenges and opportunities ahead of us. Challenges and opportunities which we need you to engage in! The position is a temporary employment for one year, with a likely possibility for prolonging. The location of the position is at our office in Lidhult, Sweden. Your primary responsibility will be to lead several cross functional teams, with team members from our business line R&D and Sales, as well as local sourcing colleagues from MAU Poland and Shanghai. Each team is responsible for a specific component category, such as steel structures, hydraulics, etc. Your role is to: . ensure that the teams share information, . boost the teams saving action plans, . follow up ongoing actions, . identify road blocks and report to management on progress. Your secondary responsibilities will be to: 1. Take part in our BL's product portfolio management meetings and prepare analyses and decision making materials (business cases) for this forum. 2. Explore new areas of cost reductions before NPD projects are started and support already ongoing work with a component and supplier portfolio roadmap to match with our product roadmap. 3. Participate in ongoing NPD projects with creating saving action plans, driving certain cost reduction initiatives, negotiations with certain suppliers, etc.

You are a positive person with high level of communication skills. You are able to talk with engineers, sales, sourcing, suppliers and management. And you are able to make them talk with each other. . You are a person who drives for result and don't give up. You are analytic, curious, creative and objective. . We believe you have a background within engineering, sourcing or sales. But this is not mandatory. . Languages, mandatory fluent English. Secondary Swedish, Chinese, Polish
