CRM assistant
Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter:
1 Assist CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and customer exploring.
2 Coordinating pickup with logistic supplier and customer.
3 Order processing, after-sale service and order tracking.
4 Regular account reconciliation and Track payment.
5 Homepage maintenance and management.
Beskrivning av kvalifikationer:
1 Strong conscious of responsibility and interaction. Assignments should be conducted carefully, timely and precisely.
2 Language skills, influent both on Chinese and English. Swedish will be a competitive advantage.
3 Consciousness of team work and prove that you can be stable and work for a long period to grow together with company in Sweden.
The following qualification can be plus,
1 Have been educated within logistic and supply chain management, accounting, computering at university level.
2 Experience of working on e-commerce.
3 Good skill of graphic design and Master use of the Office packet.
